Hello My Friend,

Wow what a wonderful and flavorful Rum Poundcake . It is a simple recipe, and quick.

Rum Poundcake

Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup of milk (or you may use water)
1/2 cup of dark rum
3 eggwhites

Dry Ingredients
1 package of pound cake mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix milk, egg white, and rum.
Slowly add the package of pound cake mix.
Mix these items very well.
Pour mix into a well floured cake pan; or a cake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
